How many sessions will I need?
Generally, significant improvements are noticed in 2 or 3 sessions.
When your body is ready to heal, and your emotions are ready to change, tremendous results can happen in 2 or 3 sessions.
Sometimes, improvements come more slowly.
How quickly you heal depends on what’s causing the dis-ease.
Michelle works to give you every advantage in the healing process. She works to increase your ability to heal and empowers you to move more rapidly towards a healing.
How far apart should each session be?
Typically, the first 2 sessions may be 1 or 2 weeks apart.
How is kinesiology different to massage or other therapies?
You might enjoy kinesiology and relax into it as you might a massage, your body and mind relaxing...
Or you might find Michelle addressing any other aspect of your body and spirit...
But you will always find Michelle working on the underlying cause of your dis-ease in a gentle and non-invasive way.

Kinesiology is particularly effective for conditions that have otherwise met with little or temporary relief.
What if I’m already seeing a GP or other therapist?
Kinesiology works well with other therapies to facilitate faster & more complete recovery. Its complementary.
Michelle often encourages her clients to see a GP for a medical diagnosis, or a qualified Chinese doctor for herbal support.
In some cases, Kinesiology isn’t the only solution for any condition. No one can say that about any health therapy or medicine.
